Meethi Zindagi is dedicated to providing self-management education for individuals that is readily available, easy to comprehend, and tailored to meet individual needs—it should establish a meaningful connection. This approach ensures that individuals can access the resources and information necessary to manage their condition effectively. By making education accessible and personalized, individuals can take ownership of their health and make informed decisions. The goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered and equipped to navigate their diabetes journey confidently and succeed.
SETUP
The SETUP (Structured Education for Type 1 Understanding in Pakistan) aims to provide diabetes self-management education to the children and young population living with type 1 diabetes through standardized educational courses. It aims to set an enabling environment where people with type 1 diabetes can be empowered to self-manage through a high-quality education course.

The structured education guidebook is available in both Urdu and English, this comprehensive resource is designed to provide culturally appropriate and easily understandable information to young adults and families with type 1 diabetes. Co-created by healthcare professionals and the diabetes community is easy to understand and free to access. - SETUP Workshops
Conducting workshops based on the curriculum of SETUP book, with the support of healthcare professionals, to deliver culturally tailored and easily understandable information to the type 1 diabetes community. These sessions aim to enhance diabetes management strategies by addressing specific needs and providing comprehensive hand on training to cater daily life experiences.
Diabetes Camps
Living with type 1 diabetes may feel like a tricky and lonely journey especially for children. Diabetes camps are a great way to learn diabetes life skills while having fun. Meethi Zindagi, with the support of our amazing peer leaders, organizes annual Dia-Camps for children in Pakistan. During Dia-Camps, different fun based activities are carried out to educate children to better self manage.
These activities are taken from League of Diabetes (LOD) & Diabetes Education and Camping Association (DECA) and are culturally tailored by Meethi ZIndagi.
TlDBits
Meethi Zindagi, in partnership with DigiBete UK and supported by the World Diabetes Foundation, introduces a culturally tailored, clinically approved digital diabetes education platform; TlDBits.

Co-created by healthcare professionals and the type 1 diabetes community, TlDBits website provides free diabetes management resources to empower individuals with type 1 diabetes and their caregivers with effective self-management. - b) Digital Diabetes Education Centers:
In order to address health inequalities for people who lack access to the internet or smart phones because of their geographical or economic status, Meethi Zindagi created digital diabetes education centers in 30+ cities and towns across Pakistan where our diabetes educators provide personalized guidance to individuals with type 1 diabetes and their caregivers.
